FOSA ANNUAL LUNCEHON

Claude Douglas “C.D.” Dickerson, III, Curator of European Art at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, will present Reflections on an Exhibition: From the Private Collections of Texas.  Dickerson will take attendees on a virtual tour of his experiences and adventures visiting private collections all across Texas.  Roughly half the works in the exhibition hang in private residences, unknown to the public and little known even to specialists. Among the artists featured are Guido Reni, Guercino, Rembrandt van Rijn, Thomas Gainsborough, Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Gauguin, Vincent van Gogh, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso and Piet Mondrian.

Cost for the luncheon is $30 for FOSA members or $35 for nonmembers. All proceeds go to the Friends of Southwestern Art.  For reservations, call Amy David at 806-651-2233 or email adavid@pphm.wtamu.edu
